Young India finally
showed their mettle

Having dominated the first match, India should not let the opponent bounce back in the second game on Sunday. They should look to round off the four with an even bigger victory in the second game and redeem themselves after the poor show in the tri-series.
India won the toss and decided to field first, keeping in mind that team's batting second don't lose in Harare. Vinay Kumar struck in the first over and removed the impressive Hamilton Masakadza. The pitch did him in. as the ball stopped on the bat and the big man closed the face early to scoop a simple catch to covers.
The young Indian fast bowler struck again in his second over, this time to remove Taylor. Although Vinay went for a bit of runs he did his job by strking early, thereby pushing Zimbabwe on the back foot straight away. He came back to bag one more wicket in the death.
Dinda seemed a bit over-enthusiastic in his first spell but came back strong to keep tup the good work done by him throughout the series. The Indian spinners went about the job with precision. Ashwin, Ojha, Piyush Chawla howled well and kept the opponent batsmen guessing. In a bid to break shackles and push the scoring rate Zimbabwe kept of losing wickets. Actually they never got themselves in to the game at any time after losing wicket in the very first over. The Indian fielding was definitely up to the mark and skipper Raina led early setback, the opening problem persisting. There was a bit of hiccup as India lost four wickets with about forty runs on the board. But the Indian batting had the necessary fire-power to Yusuf Pathan partnered each otyher to see India through. It was a very small total to chase down and the Zinbabwe an bowlers didn't have enough runs behind them to put the pressure on. It was nice to see Yusuf Pathan play his normal game and get runs in back-to-back games. In the last game of the tour India needs to carry on from the point they left off in the first game and put behind the tri-series memory.
