* COST CONTROLLER
Duties:
- Investigative procedures to detect variance of actual costs from budgeted costs.
- Diagnostic procedures to ascertain the cause(s) of variance, and .
- Corrective procedures to effect re-alignment between actual and budgeted costs.
Responsibility:
* To be tasked to achieve cost savings and identify deviations from project plan by managing all cost control/reporting systems & procedures to ensure that changes in cost and schedule impact of all changes are captured and re-billed. This includes:
* Coordination with the various operations and support units to ensure timely and accurate cost data is available for preparation of cost reports.
* Preparation of cost report updates and report generation for review by Management.
* Performance of cost data processing and analysis in order to provide Management with project status, forecasts and definition of alternatives.
Requirment:
* University Degree in Civil Engineering or any discipline.
* 8-10 years of experience in project cost control & reporting with exposure to project accounting risk analysis & management., contacts/comm. documentation understanding & administration.
* Working knowledge of relevant systems integration, data processing and analysis.
- MECHANICAL FIRE FIGHTING ENGINEER
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with atleast 5 to 10 years experience.
- Good experience in fire Fighting Systems Design of Termal Power Olants Projects
- Good Knowledge & background of intl. codes & stds. In particular the NFPA codes.
- MECHANICAL PIPING ENGINEER
- B.E. in Mechanical engineering with atleast 5 to 10 years experience
- Good experience in Piping Engineering design of Thermal Power Olants Projects
- Good Knowledge & background of International codes & Standard in particular the ASME / ANSI codes.
- MECHANICAL SYSTEM ENGINEER
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with atleast 5 to 10 years experience
- Good experience in Thermal Power Plant Systems Design.
- Good background of international coded & Standards , especially the American codes & standards
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with atleast 5 to 10 years experience.
- Good experience in Thermal Power Plant systems Design
- Plant, Combined Cycle Power Plant & Conventional Steam Power Plants.
- B.E.in Mechanical Engineering with atleast 5 to 10 yars experience
- Knowledge in ISO system and conducting internal QQuality audit.
- Knowledge in FMEA, CCP, PPAP, and ASTM standards.
- Conducting WPS. PQR and welder qualification
- Developing & Establishing the quality manuals and quality systems procedures.
- Creating quality plan relevant organisation requirement, monitoring and assuring the quality procedures.
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with atleast 5 to 10 years experience in Site work.
- Preparing Grid ?Leavlling and Topographical Drawing.
- Preparing Layout Drawing with Co-ordinate for existing facility.
- Lay-out the site layout on site byt using co-ordinate.
- Following up site work lay-down and locating centres lines and elevation.
- Able to work on Total station and using survey work programks.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (2 years) with atleast 5 years experience in Civil work quatities calculation in Concrete Steel Reinforcement, Structural steel, Block work.Plastering, Plumbing from drawings and preparing quantity measurement table.
- Prepare Detailed Description of Bilkl items and Price estimation.
- Taking measurement from site and checking contractor submittals.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (2 years) with atleast 5 years experience in Civil work
- Preparing Grid leavelling and Topographical drawing.
- Preparing laytout drawing with co-ordinate for existing facility.
- Lay-down the site layout on site by using co-ordinate.
- Following up site work lay-down and locating centre lines and elevation.
- Able to work on Total station and using survey work programs.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (2 years) with atleast 5 years experience in Civil work.
- Architectural Building Layout and section.
- Civil work details such as foundation layout and section, Footing details, Rooting and Beams details & Reinforcement Bar Bending schedule.
- Trenches and Pipe support drawing layout and details.
- Preparing Plot Plan and Topographical drawings.
- Building surfaces, such as Plumbing, Electrical, etc.
- High School diploma or equivalent with minimum 5 years experience in Power plants project
- Troubleshooting of machines, Installation of parts, Internal or External preparation.
- Assembling machines, ability to use hand tools, power tools measuring tools.
- High School diploma of equivalent with minimum 5 years experience in power Plants Project.
- Good Knowledge of Electrical systems and Electrical Panels Installation.
- Connection of wires to circuit breakers, transformers and other components.
- Ability to9 read blueprints & Strong tech. aptitude, to use hand tool & measuring tools
- High School diploma or equivalent with minimum 10 years experience in Power Plants Project
- Team leader personality with ability to read engineering documents and drawings. to prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Good knowledge of using hand tools, Power tools and measuring tools.
- Good knowledge of rotating equipment alignment, of heavy lifting procedures
- Mechanical Package levelling and fixing.
