REQUIRED FOR A LEADING PLASTIC COMPANY

PRODUCTION MANAGER / SUPERVISOR

• For a Plant specialized in manufacturing PVC / HDPE Pipes up to 1200mm with an Engineering Degree, preferably Mechanical;
• 8-10 years experience in supervising, production planning, setting machine parameters, trouble shooting all types of defects and good knowledge in maintenance.
• The candidate must have sound technical knowledge in
  PVC and HDPE processing, practical experience in handling extrusion tool,  die, punch, calibrator, etc.,
• Must be able to work to ISO, BS, DIN and ASTM standards.

CHARGE HANDS / OPERATORS (PIPE)

• For a Plant specialized in manufacturing PVC /HDPE Pipes up to 1200mm, specialized in manufacturing HDPE, PVE and casing pipes (all sizes up to Diameter 1200mm)
• Minimum 5-10 years experience in operating extrusion lines, setting machine parameters and rectifying all faults occurring during production.
• The successful candidate must have practical experience in handling extrusion tools, die. punch calibrator etc.

DESIGN & APPLICATION / ENGINEER (GRP)

• Graduate of Mechanical / Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years expeience in GRP factory as Design Manager / Engineer.
• Having thorugh knowledge of desin, raw materials, production parameters related to GRP Pipes and Fittings.
• Having working knowledge to make independently technical submitals based on clients specifications and drawings.
• Having knowledge of soil behaviour, pipe installation, surge analysis, pressure testinjg, hydro testing, deflection testing manhole and inspection chambers load calculations.
