Anti-aging hormone pill boosts pregnancy: study
    Israell scientists have found evidence that an anti-aging hormore pill could dramatically boost a woman's chances of conceiving. DHEA is produced in the brain, ovaries and testes and is the most common hormone in the human body. Its levels peak in people in their 20s and then rapidly pluimmet by the 30s. A team at Tel Aviv University was stunned by the results of a small study carried out with their patients, some of whom took the DHEA hormone supplement. TimChilds of Oxfod Centre for Fertility, welcomed the findings, saying, "We are prepared to look at ways of improving IVF treatments."

A paper that wards off harmful bacteria:
   Scientists have created a new form of paper that wards off harmful bacteria. It could have applications ranging from anti-bacterial bandages to food packaging that keeps food fresh longer to shoes that ward off foot odour. The new material comprised the thinnest possible sheets of carbon, called graphene, first discovered by scientists in Britain in 2004, reports the journal ACS Nano, Scientists have tried to use graphene in solar cells, computer chips, and sensors, according to a statement of the American Chemical Society.
