A THRILLING DEBUT
Debutant director Kookie V Gulati is super excited as Prince gears up for release this Friday.
The movie is an action thriller, the kind of cinema Kookie always wanted to make. In one of the sequences, the hero jumps from the 40th floor of a building, and in another, you can see a motorcycle jumping from one building to another. The film has many such thrilling action sequences.
"It was important that the audience enjoy every action sequence in the film and feel the energy. At the same time, it was important to make the unbelievable look real, " says Kookie.
In order to get the right effect, Kookie make animation sequnces of many parts of the film before actually shooting them . This not only convinced producer Kumar Taurani of the director's vision, but also helped the whole team during the shooting of actual sequences.
"From Durban to Bandra to a studio...it work us 25 days to shoot one sequence, because i really want to thank Kumarji for having faith in a new corner and hacking me till the very end. He is the real hero of the film, " says Kookie.

Taurani is happy with the film. "This film needed to be shot on a large scale. I always trusted Kookie to deliver something spectacular and he has surpassed my expectation. I promise that the audience is going to love it and be riveted to the edge of their seats till the ;ast shot," he says.
