A leading Architecture / Engineering Consulting firm based in Saudi Arabia requires highly qualified and experienced staff for the following positions.

Project Manager CODE: TSD-01

• 15 years experience in design in Consultant Companies.
• full awareness of the intentionally recognized codes and standards and design software in the related field.

Senior Architects & Engineers CODE: TSD-02

• 10 years experience in design in Consultant Companies.
• Good experience in using Auto CAD.

Quantity Surveyors CODE: TSD-03

• 10 years experience in design in Consultant Companies.
• High skills of reading and analyzing Architectural , Landscaping and other drawings for Quantity Surveyors.
• High knowledge of Saudi and Intentional specifications.

Archtects , Structural & MEP Engineers , using BIM solutions CODE: TSD-04

• 5 years experience in design / consultant office.
• 3 years experience in using BIM solutions software's (AutoCAD Architectural "ACA" , Revit & BIM ) ACA , Revit & MEP software's experience is the key perquisite of these positions.

Hydrology Engineer CODE: TSD-05

• Minimum 5 years experience Hydrology Study and Design.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in using AutoCAD.

Cost Estimator CODE: TSD-06

• Minimum 5 years experience in cost estimate and familiar with pricing of different structures and Materials in KSA.

Specification Writer CODE: TSD-07

• 5 years experience in specification writing for large projects using Master Spec issued by American Institute of Architects.
• Fully conversant with Master Spec software Version 2004.
