Stay in Condition
You are both body and soul. The soul affects the body. The body affects the soul. Knowing this and doing something about it is important.
Exercise helps to keep all your physical parts in good condition. Start a daily routine of exercises. do them in the morning, if possible; otherwise find time in the evening. If your health is such that you can, and do the rest in your imagination.
Remember that your body is you. When you feel tense or angry or desperate, wash the car, cut the grass, run a mile, or ride your bicycle.
