In a state of shock!       It's not only Cristiano Ronaldo's fans who are shocked by his online revelation that he's the proud father of a baby boy.         Apparently, his current girlfriend, bikini model Irina shayk, too is in a state of shock. According to a social networking website, the model wrote that she knew nothing about the child and that she was left in tears by her boyfriend's announcement. The 25-year-old Portuguese footballer ha reportedly paid a surrogate mother to have his son.
