OPERATION MANAGER (MANUFACTURING): Degree in Mech./Chem./Elec. Industrial engineering with minimum 10 years experience in Plastics, Chemicals, Waterproofing or Building Chemicals Industries. MBA is a plus.

MAINTENANCE MANAGER: Degree in Mech./Elec./Electronics Engineering with minimum 7 years of practical experience.in Plastics, Chemicals, Waterproofing or Building Chemicals Industries. Conversant with preventive and predictive maintenance engineering. Team builder with proven leadership abilities and management skills.

MECHANICAL ENGINEERS: Degree in Mech. Engineering with minimum. 5 years of practical experience. in Plastic and Chemical Equipments. Conversant with preventive and predictive maintenance. Working knowledge of PLC. PID controllers.

ELECTRICAL / ELECTRONICS ENGINEERS: Degree in Elec. or Electronics Engineering with minimum. 5 years of practical experience. in Plastic and Chemical Equipments. Conversant with preventive and predictive maintenance. Conversant with process and instrumentation, PLC, PID controllers.

SALES PERSONNEL: Engineering or any Business Related Degree with minimum of 2 years experience. in Sales and Marketing of Industrial Products.

PRODUCTION ENGINEERS / TECHNICIANS: Experience in XPS, PVC Extruder.

 QC LAB CHEMIST: With experience in XPS, PVC and Bitumen products.
