- MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR : ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical engineering Minimum 10 years maintenance experience in Plant/Building. Maintenance in HVAC, Plumbing, Pumps Utilities Plant, Boilers etc.
- CIVIL SUPERVISORS : Experience in Carpentry. Masonary & Painting finishing work .
- MECHANICAL TECHNICIANS : (Maintenance Fitters) ITI Fitters / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering minimum 7 years experience in Plant / Building Maintenance. in Plumbing, Utilities, Boilers, Pumps, HVAC.
- CHILLER PLANT TECHNICIANS : ITI / Diploma in Airconditioning & Refrigerations - Minimum 7 years experience in chillers, AHU's FCU's S;lit & Window AC.
- HVAC TECHNICIANS : Minimum 5 years experience. In Chilled Water System.
- AC TECHNICIANS : Slit / Package & Window
- FURNITURE CARPENTERS
- ELECTRICIANS : With minimum 5 years experience.in building maintenance
- PLUMBERS : With minimum 5 years experience in high rise buildings.
- PAINTERS
- MASONS
- MECHANICAL PUMP TECHNICIANS
- FIBREGLASS TECHNICIANS : Automobiles
- PETROL MECHANICS : With minimum 6 years experience. (Gulf return preferred)
