Stay Well

Your health depends a lot on you. You are helping to fashion yourself. What you eat, the exercise you take, the amount of sleep you get, the worry you burden your self with, the joy of heart you allow yourself, the love you put into life -- all these affect your health.

          Be wise. Keep the junk food out of your body. Keep the junk thoughts out of your mind. Keep the junk actions out of today.

           Be healthy. Eat nourishing food. Think positive thoughts. Do the things that are worth doing.
