A newly established mega contracting company in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia  :Saudi Consolidated Contracting Company" "SCCC" (Formed as a result of merger of companies; currently in the  Pre-Merger Stage), is looking for "Post-Marger Integration Project Manager". The successful candidate will be the member of high powered SCCC Committee to oversee the work of "Post Merger Integration Consultant(S)" during Post-Merger Integration Stage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as day-to-day project leader for Merger integration providing M&A related services (IT and operation due diligence, synergy analysis, sustainable cost savings analysis, merger integration, restructuring).
• Analyze business plans and financial models to identify key business assumption and value drivers.
• Lead, manage and maintain project controls (risks, issues, change controls, communication plans, schedule, finances, etc)
• Work with multiple groups to identify requirements, develop project plans and stragegies, directiong the planning and estimation of tasks and timelines;
• Employ creative problem solving to generate solutions and directions to successfrlly execute integration initiatives.
• Integrate Management (including Board Constitution), business operations, manpower, accounting,information system and other systems.
• Devise programs for cost reducton, redundancy elimination, business growth and synergy and other areas.
• Set up Project Management Department in Post-Merger integration Phase.

Qulification:

• MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with 10+ years experience as mentioned in job and responsibilities including knowledge of Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) environment, particularly integration.
• Relevant experiences within the finance or operations and information technology function for core industries (i.c., Construction, oil & Gas, Retil & Consumer Products, Technology, etc.)
• Experience supporting other trasaction phases (such as diligence on a minumueals and extensive project management experience.
