He plays a guy, brought up by his grandfather in Tirunelveli, who meets a wandering performing artiste and falls in love with  her. How he develops a relationship with the girl, loses her and then goes in search of her to get her back, is what the film is all about. Denutant Nandhagi is said to have come out with a fantastic performance. This offbeat film was premiered at the Dubai International film Festival, where it wowed audiences. Will it repeat the feat at home ?
