Tip-s for losing fat


Here's something you need to know if you want to lose weight. When on a fat loss diet, you should lose only about two pounds a week. A pound of fat contains 3,500 calories. So, decrease your daily caloric intake by 500 calories and incorporate more aerobic training into your overall exercise programme. If you do so, you can comfortably lose two pounds each week. Also, divide your meals in the following ratio: 75 percent vegetables, grains and fruits and 25 percent low-fat dairy products.
