VITAMINS   B


                      Like vitamin A,  this vitamin is also needed for growth. The body also needs it to change carbohydrates into energy.

              Deficiency of vitamin  B, causes beriberi, a disease of the nervous system.

              Sources of vitamin  B, include meat, cereals, yeast, nuts, peas, potatoes, and most of the vegetables.
