Shruti Haasan is surprised, and here's why.... 

            In her own words, it's one of the most exciting times of her career. She's even shifting base to Mumbai shortly, which is why she's in and out of hazaar meetings. and now, we hear that actress-composer Shruti Haasan will add a new kimension to her career by lending her voice to the Puneet Rajkumar Kannada film prithvi, "Really? This is news to me. Thanks for telling me, " laughs a surprised Shruti.

          The trade circuit tooo is abuzz with the bnews that she's all set to be part of Prithve and will be on board the project soon, "I'm not aware of this. Enquiries must have come in and they may be following up with my team. "I'm travelling a lot these days, so I've no clue about it. I haven't confirmed anythink, " she tells us.But shruti doesn't rule out the possibility of her doing the project if she's officially approached for it. "If it's exciting, then why not? I'd love to do a Kannada film, " she says.

            Singing certainly isn't new to Shruti, who composed music recently for her dad's Unnaipol Oruvan, "I have worked on a number in Hey Ram with dad earlier, and enjoyed doing it, "says the singer-actress.
