You must be a goal driven person, could be able to lead a team with

Masters Degree in Structural Engineering and 10 years experience 

in Designs / Construction Management. P.T. background is Preferred.

For Hyderabad Office:

Designs / Marketing Engineers: Masters Degree in Structural

Engineering with 5 years design Experience. P.T. Experience is desirable.
