  Hollywood actress Kate Winslet has returned to work after calling off her seven-year marriage with filmmaker Sam Mendes.

          The Oscar-winning actress was pictured in New York, filming scenes for her forthcoming television show, Mildred Pierce. Donning a 1940s0style floral tea dress with matching brown coat, hat and shoes, it seemed the 34-year-old slipped into the role of Mildred with ease.

]            Set during the Great Depression, Mildred Pierce is the story of a middle class house wife who divorces her husband and goes on to raise their children. The couple have a son named Joe together, and Kia, Winslet's daughter from her first marriage to assistant director Jim Threapleton.

Sanjay Dutt: BEWARE OF MEDIA

Sanjay Dutt's media phobia

     Sanjay dutt hates doing interviews. One reason for this is that he is inherently shy and the probing nature of the media business makes him uncomfortable. Second reason for the Bollywood star's reluctance to do interviews is simple. For the better part of his 50 years. Sanju has been answering awkward questions because his life has been one big seesaw. What is interesting though is Sanjay's method of keeping the media at bay. Earlier, he would just wear a scowl on his face say sources.

       And the scowl was enough to keep press guys away from deadly Dutt, Now that he is older and more benign, Sanju has found another escape route. Every time he spots a media person, he starts talking animatedly on his mobile phone. The plite media guys often wait for him to finish his conversation before intruding. And many of them even leave because the actor leaves his set talking into his phone and then escapes into his vanity van.So, the next time you spot Sanju talking on his phone, you can be sure he is doing it just to avoid getting into a conversation with a presswallah!

       Sexy Sam is quite iffy with the men in uniform.Here, we mean the police in Mumbai.

        The news is that the actress recently had a heated argument with the Mumbai police for listening to music on her mobile while driving. :It's true! I did have an argument with the highway cops. But frankly speaking. I was not even aware of the rule that we are not supposed to listen to music while driving. so, I asked the policeman to charge me a fine, to which he retorted, 'Where will celebrities like you find time to go to the courts?" the actress wrote on a social network.

       The usually cool Sameera lost her temper when the cops dilly dallied, without giving  a proper answer. :When I couldn't take it anymore, I immediately got out of the car to resolve the situation. People started flocking around and when they recognised me, they started arguing with the police. Finally, the cops got scared and let me go."

       This must have been an experience the actress wouldn't like to remember in future. There are better things in store for you, Sam!
