Mysskin, after Anjaathey and the yet-to-release Nandalala, where he played the hero himself, has started work on his next project, Yuddham Sei, with Cheran.

          Yuddham Sei, produced by Kalpathi S Aghoram, is the story of a crime branch officer, played by Cheran. He leads a team of detectives, which includes Deepa Shah, an actress from Mumbai.

       Reportedly, Mysskin and Cheran spent some time observing CBI officers before giving finishing touches to the script. We hear Cheran has also lost a few kilos to look the part.

       Interestingly, both Mysskin and Cheran are derictors who have dabbled in acting. But, for Yuddham Sei, Mysskin and Cheran have resolved to stick to directing and acting in the film respectively. With two directors with strong viewpoints in one film.Let's see how the final product turns out!

Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif - ON A NEW HIGH

      Ranbir Kapoor would secretly tease Katrina Kaif  and call her 'bhabiji' while shooting for Prakash Jha's Raajneeti in Bhopal.

        Actually, Katrina plays Ranbir's sister-in-law and Arjun Rampal's widow in Raajneeti. Far from their romantic role in Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani, this is a highly unconventional relationship in film that will test the performing abilities of both Ranbir and Katrina beyond anything they've attempted so far on screen.

       Katrina is supposed to have said, "Ranbir and I can't get anymore unconventional than Raajneeti, where we both go into a completely new space. Now, if and when we do another film, it should be something totally mainstream."

Bollywood stars are planning their red carpet capers at Cannes

Bollywood's most beautiful face, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, a veteran at the Cannes Film Festival, is reportedly coaxing her husband Abhishek to join her at the French Riveria in May. The superstar has accompanied his trophy wife in the past but this year, Abhishek is shooting round-the-clock. Ash, who is the international face of a huge cosmetic brand , has been doing the red carpet thing at this prestigious film festival for a huge following there," says a trade source.
      A quick recall will tell you that last5 year, the media went berserk talking about how Sonam Kapoor, who represents the same brand as Ash for the Indian market, was expected to accompany her father Anil Kapoor to Cannes. the young actress had her designer outfits ready and had even given a round of interviews on how excited she was.
        However, minutes before she reportedly boarded the plane, Sonam 'dropped out' because of some private machinations reportedly between her and the brand representatives. This year, Sonam is in Canada and from there flies to Scotland to join Shahid Kapoor for a schedule of Mousam. she may not make it to Cannes after all.
        Freida Pinto, the giri from Malad who is currently more celebrated in the West than she is in India, is also expected to walk the talk at Cannes. However, what is truly interesting is the news that Kareena Kapoor could also land at the festival to represent a huge champagne brand. While Beho's participation currently remains just speculation, the paparazzi is gearing up for some interesting shenanigans at Cannes 2010 between May 12 and 23.
